SINNKRAUT / CASE NOTES
What if a website made you want to go outside?
Website design, development and a film-led invitation into Lea’s world of plants.
01 / THE STARTING POINT
Nature was already there.
The invitation could be clearer.
Sinnkraut brings together Lea Nassim’s work with wild plants, food and urban nature. The independent redesign makes the invitation more direct: one film-led opening, with the headline and next step in the same composition.

02 / THE DIRECTION
A strong opening.
Room to explore.
An editorial rhythm alternates strong type, green space and authentic project imagery. Three entry points—walks, workshops and plant advice—lead into the seven existing offer themes.

03 / THE HUMAN PART
Let the person
come through.
Lea’s portrait, story and existing collaborator voices put the person behind Sinnkraut at the centre. My contribution is website design and development, film editing with licensed material, and part of the photography. The original illustration is retained; it is not my work.

THE ANSWER, SO FAR
Make the first step feel close.
A new digital home for Lea’s work with wild plants, workshops and urban nature. A film-led opening, a clearer offer structure and an editorial rhythm bring the subject closer before the visitor steps outside.
04 / THE GALLERY
A preview,
ready for a closer look.
The independent rebuild is available on a preview subdomain. The original sinnkraut.de website has not been replaced. These are captures of the implemented preview, not invented performance results.
