    Tell me what you are working on, who it is for and what needs to change. We look at the priorities, the starting material and your preferred timing.

    Agree what to make.

    We define a useful result, the deliverables, review points and a realistic way to get there. Scope, fee and timing are agreed before work begins.

    Make it. Put it to use.

    I develop the direction and do the hands-on work, with agreed moments for feedback. The result comes with a clear handover for its next chapter.

Yes. We can define one focused project or a continuing collaboration, depending on what you need.

Do I need a finished brief?

No. Start with the situation, the goal and anything you already have. We can work out the right focus together.

How are scope and fees agreed?

Individually, once the priorities and requirements are clear. You receive an agreed scope and fee before work begins. Getting in touch creates no booking or commitment.
